Returns
- For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, candles, diffusers, and cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
- Return with in 48 hours
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the case and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Corporate & Custom Orders
All custom, bulk, or corporate gifting orders are final and non-refundable.
